Previous customer facing experience would be an advantage but no essential. Your daily tasks would include: handling incoming/outgoing calls Sorting the incoming mail and franking all outgoing mail. Greeting both internal and external visitors, booking meeting rooms ordering both office, kitchen and stationery supplies. Sending and receiving company parcels Generating daily reports which will be used in the event of an emergency. Part of the role will include handling sensitive/confidential information, a high level of discretion is required at all times. As a Personal Finance Advisor you will be providing excellent customer service to our customers who are enquiring for one of our finance products, making sure that the product is the right one for them and best suits their individual needs. As a Cash Converters Sales Advisor you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, by acknowledging every customer that enters the store with a welcoming smile. Your role will be to actively promote products using sales techniques , asking probing questions to understand the customers’ needs and advising customers on how the product best matches their individual requirements.
