Store Manager
As a Cash Converters store manager, you'll be given full responsibility of the running and commercial performance of the store. You will be expected to lead by example, continuously looking at ways to develop and improve performance through promoting and championing staff training to ensure that customer service within the store is second to none. The entrepreneurial nature of the business requires a hands-on leader who not only monitors stock levels & sales but thinks both logically & outside of the box to come up with ways of reaching sales targets and increasing profits.

Jewellery Assistant
As a Jewellery Assistant you will have a passion for working with jewellery and a keen desire to build on your jewellery knowledge and merchandising skills. You will be working closely with the Jewellery department team to carry out accurate assessments of pieces of jewellery and watches in order to achieve maximum sales within the stores. You will be using computers for point of sale and for the taking in of repairs, this demands good verbal and computer literacy skills. You will be responsible for stocking up jewellery items , promoting high levels of security and maintain high standards of housekeeping standards.

As a Cash Converters Sales Advisor , you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, by acknowledging every customer that enters the store with a welcoming smile . Your role will be to actively promote products using sales techniques , asking probing questions to understand the customers’ needs and advising customers on how the product best matches their individual needs. It is essential that you offer alternatives when the customers’ original choice is not available and add-on’s to increase the sale value and ultimately maximise sales to achieve set targets
